Free shipping on all orders above €100 in the Netherlands and free shipping on all orders above €150 abroad.
We also receive regular questions (which of course we don’t mind), but some questions occur very often. That’s why we thought it would be useful to answer the frequently asked questions here. Then it is no longer necessary to wait for an answer!
If you would still like to hear an answer directly from us, you may of course just ask your question 😉
FAQ is an abbreviation of Frequently Asked Questions.
No need, but it’s handy!

Nice and easy!
From €100 and up to a weight of 10 KG the shipping costs are free in the Netherlands and from €150 the shipping costs are free abroad.
However, you must check the free shipping checkbox during the checkout process.
If the product is in stock, we will usually ship your order the same day or the day after, but within 2 working days at the latest!
How long it will take for you to have your order depends on the shipping company and to which country it will be sent.
Letterbox parcels (only in the Netherlands) are sent with PostNL and all other parcels with DHL. They will usually deliver your parcel (in the Netherlands) within 24 hours.
Within Europe they deliver your parcel on average between 5 – 8 business days, outside Europe it takes at least 9 business days and at the latest 22 business days.
The back-order usually takes 10 – 15 business days, depending on how much finishing the ordered product needs.
Ordering the right size is of course important!
That’s why we have created size tables with instructions so that you can learn your size.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Despite the fact that we work a lot with jewelry, we don’t have the tools and skills (at the time of speaking) to change the ring sizes of existing rings.
We work with different kinds of materials, but mainly brass, bronze, silver, gold and gemstones.
If you want to know exactly which materials we use in which products, you can look at our materials page. There we explain in detail what kind of materials we use and what the energetic effect is. 😉
Yes! and no…
Many of our products are 3D printed, with some of our jewelry being finished by hand (for example, the gems are put in by hand).
And when the products are not 3D printed, they are usually laser cut 😉
Surely we can 😉
Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
It’s a shame, of course, if your jewelry wears out faster than it needs to. That is why we have some nice tips to keep your jewelry beautiful as long as possible.
Bronze, brass and silver can become dull after a while, this is a natural (rust) process of the material.
The gloss can simply be restored by polishing it up with lemon juice and water. A night in a bath with water and lemon juice can also make a big difference.
For earrings it is sometimes good to disinfect the hooks.
To disinfect, use for example:
– Tea trea oil
– Colloidal silver water
Brass and bronze contain a lot of copper and can therefore stain the skin green / blue, especially with rings.
No worries, this is due to the sweat and is not harmful.
You can seal the ring on the inside with, for instance, nail polish or hairspray.
This temporarily prevents the ring from staining your skin.
Oops! That, of course, is not the intention. We pack your package with great care, but there is still a chance (unfortunately) that something goes wrong.
Send us a message and we will take care of it for you! 😉
If we can help Mother Earth, then we will!
If an order is not returned, the return form is unnecessary. That is, of course, a waste of paper and trees.
If you still want to return your order, you can download the return form and print it.
Aii that’s a bit of a pity!
Send us a message with what is going on and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
